Social media management
Social media management connected to SEO: strategy, content calendar, content, replies, campaigns when needed and monthly reports, so customers find you wherever they search.

With our social media management service we look after your business on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and the other platforms your customers use: strategy, content calendar, content, replies and monthly reports. Social media is not a separate activity: we connect it to SEO, because people search on Google, in AI answers and inside social platforms.
This is what we call Search Everywhere Optimization: one strategy to get you found by people looking for what you offer, on every channel. We work online, with companies in Italy and abroad.
Who it is for, and who it is not for
Social media management is a good fit if:
- you have profiles but struggle to keep them updated, with no plan;
- you post, but you do not know whether social media brings visits to your website, enquiries or sales;
- you want your social profiles and your website to tell the same story, in the same tone;
- your customers discover or compare businesses like yours on social media too.
It is not a fit if all you want is followers: a number that grows without leads or sales does nothing for your business.
The problems it solves
- Random posting, whenever there is time, with no goals.
- Social media disconnected from the website: posts do not lead to the right pages and the website does not make the most of your social presence.
- Messages and comments left unanswered, which loses you customers.
- No data on what works and what does not.
What we do and what you get
- Strategy. Goals, audience, the channels worth being on, tone of voice, competitor analysis. What you get: the strategy document, which we approve together.
- Content calendar. Topics, formats and frequency, also based on what your customers search for: the questions people ask Google are often the same ones they ask on social media. What you get: the content calendar, month by month.
- Content. Copy, graphics, photos and short videos, adapted to each platform, with SEO copywriting for the text. Guides and articles on your website become posts, and posts point to the right pages. What you get: the content for your approval, then published.
- Engagement. Replies to comments and messages following rules agreed with you, with the cases that need to be passed on to you. What you get: the reply guidelines.
- Paid campaigns, when they make sense: paid promotion (for example with Meta Ads on Facebook and Instagram) tied to the same goals, with a budget you decide.
- Reporting. Reach, engagement, clicks to your website and enquiries coming from social media, compared with the previous month. What you get: the monthly report and the priorities for the following month.
How we work
- Audit and data. Profiles, published content, results, competitors and website data.
- Strategy and keywords. Goals, channels, topics and customer questions to cover.
- Technical setup and content. Complete profiles consistent with your website, content calendar, content production.
- Authority and multichannel. Publishing, engagement, collaborations, campaigns, and the link with SEO and content marketing.
- Measure and iterate. Every month we keep what works and change the rest.
How long it takes
Strategy and the content calendar usually take the first few weeks. Organic content results grow with consistency: it takes a few months of regular posting to understand which topics and formats work with your audience. Paid campaigns give faster signals, but they stop when the budget stops.
What we do not do
- We do not buy followers, likes or comments. They inflate the numbers and bring no customers.
- We do not publish without your approval any content that speaks on behalf of your business.
- We do not promise numbers of followers, views or sales: they depend on your audience, your industry and consistency.
How much social media management costs
Social media management is quoted individually. The price comes down to a few things, and the quote lists each one:
- channels: how many profiles we manage and which ones, because each platform needs different formats;
- content per month: how many posts, stories and short videos, according to the content calendar;
- production: whether we work with photos and videos you send us, or produce graphics, photos and videos ourselves;
- engagement: whether we reply to comments and messages, and under which rules;
- campaigns: whether we also manage paid promotion. The ad budget is separate and you decide it.
Strategy and the monthly report are always included. For a quote, all we need is the channels you use today, your goals and how much material you can provide.
The project is looked after by Eugenio Tommasi. We have been managing Google Ads campaigns for over 15 years, so we look at social media, website and campaigns together, with the same goals. Our approach is described on the About page, and paid search is covered on the Google Ads management page.

Frequently asked questions
Why connect social media and SEO?
Because customers often ask the same questions on Google, in AI tools and on social media. Keyword research also shapes social content, and posts bring visits to the right pages of your website instead of a generic homepage.
How many posts do you publish each month?
We decide that in the strategy, based on channels, goals and resources, and it is one of the factors in the quote. Consistency matters more than volume: a few useful, regular posts beat lots of posts made just for the sake of posting.
Which social platforms do you work on?
The ones your customers use: usually Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, sometimes others. If a channel makes no sense for your audience, we tell you and we do not open it.
