Google Ads management
Google Ads campaigns measured on leads and sales, not clicks: tracking, strategy, ads, optimization and monthly reports, with one point of contact. For companies in Italy and foreign businesses targeting the Italian market.
With our Google Ads management service we run your advertising on Google: Search, Shopping, YouTube and Display. We set up the account and conversion tracking, choose keywords and campaign types, write the ads, keep spend under control and tell you every month what each lead or sale actually cost you. We have been managing Google Ads campaigns for over 15 years, and we measure them on leads and sales, not on clicks.
We work online with companies in Italy and abroad. If you are a foreign business that wants to reach Italian customers, we build and run your campaigns for the Italian market, in Italian. If you sell in more than one country, we can manage campaigns across several markets and languages. This page covers who the service is for, what we do and deliver, how we work, what we do not do and how pricing works.
Who it is for, and who it is not for
Google Ads management is a good fit if:
- your customers search Google for what you sell and you want to show up now, without waiting for SEO to kick in;
- you already run campaigns but do not know what a lead or a sale costs you;
- you spend every month and the bill keeps growing, but enquiries do not;
- you run an online store and want your products in Shopping results;
- you want a Google Ads consultant who also looks at your website, SEO and data, not just the account;
- you are an established company with significant budgets across several markets or product lines, and you need a senior point of contact who talks about cost per lead and margins, not clicks.
It is not a fit if all you want is cheap traffic: clicks that never turn into enquiries or sales are a cost, not a result. It is also not a fit if your website cannot convert the visitors it already gets. In that case the place to start is the landing page, and we will tell you so before any campaign goes live.
The problems it solves
- Conversions not tracked, or counted wrong: without reliable data, Google's automated bidding is working blind.
- Budget wasted on the wrong searches, because of overly broad match types and negative keyword lists nobody updates.
- Campaigns set up and left to run, with the default recommended settings and nobody checking them.
- Reports full of clicks and impressions, but no cost per lead or return on ad spend.
- Ads that send people to generic pages, such as the homepage, instead of a page built for that search.
What we do and what you get
- Account and market analysis. If you already have campaigns, we review structure, search terms, spend and conversions. If you are starting from scratch, we research what your customers search for and which competitors appear in the ads. What you get: a document showing what works, what wastes budget and the priorities.
- Conversion tracking. Forms, phone calls, WhatsApp, purchases: we configure Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, with the Consent Mode required in Europe. What you get: the list of tracked conversions and proof that they work.
- Campaign strategy and structure. We choose the right campaign types for your goal (Search, Performance Max, Shopping with Merchant Center, YouTube, Demand Gen), keyword match types, negatives and bidding strategy. What you get: the campaign plan with budgets and targets, which we approve together.
- Ads and landing pages. We write headlines, descriptions and assets, and check that every ad leads to a page that matches the search. If the page does not exist or does not convert, we tell you what to change or build it ourselves. What you get: the ads for your approval before they go live.
- Ongoing management and optimization. Search terms, negative keywords, bids, budgets, ad and landing page tests. What you get: a change log, so you always know what changed and why.
- Reporting. Spend, leads or sales, cost per lead and ROAS, compared with the previous month and with your targets. What you get: the monthly report and the priorities for the following month.
How we work
- Goal and starting numbers. What a lead or a sale is worth to you, what margin you have, how much you can spend. This gives us the maximum cost per lead or the target ROAS.
- Measure before you spend. No campaign goes live until conversions are tracked and verified.
- Controlled launch. We start with the searches closest to purchase and a test budget, then expand where the data justifies it.
- Data-driven optimization. Every week we review search terms and spend; every month we decide with you what to keep, what to change and where to move budget.
- Connected to SEO. The searches that convert in your ads tell us which pages are worth ranking in organic results too, and the other way round.
Google Ads agency or consultant: who works on your account
With many agencies you sign with a salesperson and someone else runs your account, often a junior looking after dozens of clients. With us, the Google Ads consultant is the person you talk to: Eugenio Tommasi, who has been doing SEO since 2009 and has been managing Google Ads campaigns for over 15 years, including accounts with ad budgets above ten thousand euros a month. You have one point of contact for ads, website and rankings, working towards the same goals.
The Google Ads account stays in your name, with your billing: Google invoices the advertising directly to your company and you pay us only for consulting and management. We access it as managers, from our Google Ads manager account. If you ever stop working with us, the campaigns, data and history stay yours.
How long it takes
Ads can start showing a few days after setup, once Google has approved them. Stable results take longer: automated bidding strategies have a learning phase of a few weeks and need a certain number of conversions to work well. As a rule of thumb, the first month is for collecting data and the second and third are for optimizing. That is why we do not promise a number of leads before we have seen the data for your industry.
What we do not do
- We do not hold the account in our name. It is yours, with all the data, even after we stop working together.
- We do not take a hidden percentage of your budget and we do not resell clicks: you pay for advertising directly to Google.
- We do not send reports with just impressions and clicks: what matters is leads, sales and what they cost you.
- We do not publish ads without your approval and we do not change the budget without telling you.
- We do not promise the top position: an ad's position changes with every search and it is not the goal. Cost per lead is.
How much Google Ads management costs
The cost has two separate parts. The first is the ad budget: you decide it, Google invoices it directly to your company and you can change or pause it whenever you like. The second is our fee for consulting and management, a fixed monthly fee: we do not take a percentage of your budget, so we have no interest in making you spend more.

Frequently asked questions
What does a Google Ads consultant do?
They set up conversion tracking, choose keywords, campaign types and bidding strategy, write the ads, review search terms and spend every week, and report every month on what each lead or sale cost, with the priorities for the following month.
How much does Google Ads management cost?
Management starts at €300 a month for Base, €700 a month for Advanced and €2,000 a month for Enterprise, plus a one-off setup with tracking from €500, all plus VAT. The ad budget is separate: Google invoices it directly to your company and we take no percentage.
Does the Google Ads account stay mine?
Yes. The account is in your name, with your billing, and we access it as managers from our manager account. If you stop working with us, the campaigns, data and history stay yours.
Can you run Google Ads in Italy for a foreign company?
Yes. We work online, so we can set up and manage campaigns aimed at Italian customers, with ads and keywords in Italian, for a business based anywhere. The account stays in your company's name and Google invoices you directly.
How long does it take to see results with Google Ads?
Ads can start showing a few days after setup. Automated bidding strategies, however, have a learning phase of a few weeks: as a rule of thumb, the first month is for collecting data and the second and third are for optimizing.
Google Ads or SEO: which is better?
They are not mutually exclusive. Google Ads brings visits right away but stops when the budget stops; SEO takes months and then keeps bringing visits. The searches that convert in your ads show which pages are worth ranking in organic results too.
