Full SEO Audit

A one-off audit of every page of your site, with a plan of fixes ranked by impact. It costs €500, €1,000 or €2,000 + VAT, depending on the size of the site.

A checklist with a magnifying glass and a warning sign: the website audit

A full SEO audit examines every page of your website, its technical setup, content, links and competitors, and delivers a plan of fixes in order of priority. It is a one-off service: it costs €500, €1,000 or €2,000 + VAT, depending on the size of the site.

A full audit is what you need when the site is large, when something is wrong and no one can tell why, or when you need a precise plan to hand over to developers. It looks at the whole site, so if you are a foreign company with an Italian version, or your site has versions for several countries, those pages are part of the analysis; the work specific to multilingual sites is described on our international SEO page.

Who it is for, and who it is not for

A full SEO audit is right for you if:

  • your organic traffic has dropped and you want to understand why;
  • you are about to rebuild the site or change platform and don't want to lose the rankings you have;
  • you run an online store or a site with many pages and don't know where to start;
  • you have in-house developers or a web agency and need a precise list of fixes, with the reason for each one;
  • you want the full picture before deciding whether to invest in monthly SEO consulting.

It is not right for you if no one will be able to work on the site in the following months: an audit without fixes is just a document.

The problems it finds

  • Pages Google can't see. Crawl errors, pages excluded from the index, robots.txt blocks, wrong noindex or canonical tags.
  • Pages competing with each other. Several pages targeting the same search, duplicate content, filters and parameters that create thousands of near-identical URLs.
  • Weak content. Pages that don't answer what customers are looking for, copied text, important pages with no internal links.
  • Speed and experience issues. Pages that are slow or unstable on smartphones, according to Core Web Vitals.
  • Risky links. Inbound links that may violate Google's policies and lead to a penalty.

What we check and what we deliver

  1. Goals. We start from your goals, the services or products with the best returns and the competitors that worry you.
  2. Technical SEO. A full crawl of the site: indexing, structure, URLs, redirects, sitemaps, structured data, mobile version, speed.
  3. Keywords and content. With keyword research we check whether each page answers the right search, where there are duplicates and what is missing.
  4. Competitors. We compare your site with the ones that outrank you on Google and in AI answers.
  5. Links. We analyze your backlinks and internal links.
  6. Data. We read Search Console and Analytics to see which pages are growing, which are dropping and since when.

What we deliver: a document listing every problem found, the pages affected, why it matters and how to fix it, in order of impact. Technical fixes are written so that a developer can carry them out. Then we go through it together to decide where to start.

How we work

The audit covers the first two phases of the method we use across all our SEO services and prepares the other three.

  1. Audit and data. Analysis of the site, Search Console, Analytics and competitors.
  2. Strategy and keywords. The searches to target and the pages to fix, merge or create.
  3. Technical implementation and content. The fixes in order of priority, which you can hand to your developers or to us.
  4. Authority and multichannel. Recommendations on links, Google Business Profile and mentions in the sources AI tools consult.
  5. Measurement and iteration. The metrics to track to check that the fixes are working.

How long it takes

It depends on the size of the site and on how many data sources there are: a site with a few dozen pages takes far less work than an online store with thousands of products. We give you the delivery time in the quote, after looking at the site. The effects on traffic only come after the fixes are made, and it usually takes months to see them in Search Console.

What we don't do

  • We don't hand you a tool export. Every problem is checked manually and explained.
  • We don't flag everything as urgent. We rank priorities by impact, so you know what to do first and what can wait.
  • We don't promise rankings after the fixes: Google decides them. We tell you what is holding the site back and how to measure the improvements.

How much an SEO audit costs

The full SEO audit has three tiers, + VAT, chosen according to the size of the site:

  • Basic: €500;
  • Advanced: €1,000;
  • Enterprise: €2,000, for sites with more than 100,000 pages.

These are starting prices: we build the final quote around your site. If after the audit you want us to take care of the fixes, monthly SEO consulting starts at €300 a month + VAT.

Who carries out the audit

The audit is led by Eugenio Tommasi, who has been doing SEO since 2009 and founded SEO SRL in 2021. He is your direct point of contact: he explains what he found and why it matters. If you want to know how an SEO agency works and what it should deliver, see our dedicated page.

Frequently asked questions

How much does an SEO audit cost?

The full SEO audit costs €500, €1,000 or €2,000 + VAT, depending on the size of the site; the Enterprise tier is for sites with more than 100,000 pages. These are starting prices: the final quote is built around your site.

What do I receive at the end of the audit?

A document listing every problem found, the pages affected, why it matters and how to fix it, in order of impact. Technical fixes are written for developers. Then we go through it together to decide where to start.

What do you need from me to carry out the audit?

The address of the website and, if possible, read access to Search Console and Analytics. Without this data the audit can still be done, but it is less precise about traffic and declining pages.

After the audit, do I have to hire you for the fixes as well?

No. You can hand the fixes to your own developers or your web agency. If you prefer us to take care of them, monthly SEO consulting starts at €300 a month + VAT.
